LCD Blood Collection Monitor is a compact instrument to provide smooth and gentle rocking for homogeneous mixing with anticoagulant with our clot formation of blood from a donor.

Blood Bank Tube Sealer

Blood bag tube Sealer designed to seal the blood bag tube by high-frequency dielectric heating system without causing haemolysis or leakage of blood. The sealing can be achieved in less than 1.5 seconds per tube by simple operation. Complete sealing of the blood bag tube is annexure by high-frequency dielectric heating. Sealing of each tube takes approx. 1.5 seconds and is thus very efficient. Pulling the sealing section to both sides can readily cut off the sealed tube.

Portable battery-operated tube sealer to seal the blood bag by high-frequency dielectric heating system without causing haemolysis, leakage of blood. Handy Seal can seal different types and sizes of tubes of up to 6 mm outer diameter due to a sophisticated sensing system, which automatically adapts the sealing time. PLATELET INCUBATOR & AGITATOR

Platelet Incubator and Agitator provides an ideal storing environment for the platelets. This unit is designed to maintain a stable and uniform temperature of 22.0°C. The instrument’s outer body is made of heavy gauge mild steel duly powder coated with stainless steel (304) inner chamber. This platelet agitator is specially designed to maintain platelets in continuous motion at a fixed speed of 70 RPM. Maximum 48 standard platelet bags can be accommodated at a time. Optional motion failure alarm system is available.

DONOR COUCH

The dual actuator-based blood donor couch is specially designed to make blood withdrawals easier, safer, and provide a comfortable position for the donor. The donor’s position can be easily adjusted to form either a comfortable easy chair or a bed. All surfaces are clean and smooth, easily accessible, and can be kept clean.

The cryoprecipitate bath is specially designed to thaw frozen plasma at +4.0°C/ +37.0°C. Inner chamber made of stainless steel (304), and outer body of MS duly powder coated with built-in heavy-duty industrial pump to circulate the water throughout the chamber to get maximum accuracy.

The micro controlled temperature controller controls the temperature with an accuracy of + 0.2°C in a in a specially designed stainless steel basket to accommodate cryo/plasma bags.

Plasma Thawing Bath

Plasma Thawing Bat is specially designed to thaw frozen plasma at +37.0°C. Inner chamber made of stainless steel (304), and outer body of MS duly powder coated with a built-in heavy-duty industrial pump to circulate the water throughout the chamber to get maximum accuracy. The micro controlled temperature controller controls the temperature with an accuracy of +/- 0.2°C in a in a specially designed stainless steel basket to accommodate plasma bags.
