Modular Operation Theater
The flexible prefabricated modular wall system for OTS installation has a modular grid construction. The design of the modular wall system is carried out in accordance with technical assistance and material used as per customer requirement.
* 1.6 mm thick EGP steel panels backed by 12 mm thick gypsum
* PUF sandwiched panel.
* Stainless steel S5202 or 55304 panels.
* High-pressure laminate glass panels as per EN standard
LAMINAR AIR FLOW SYSTEM
The laminar flow creates a positive pressure in the OT, especially giving out fresh air in the operating area. This is the area from where any kind of infection is released (from the patient's body). The infection needs to be stopped from spreading to the OT environment. The air quickly and continuously circulated through the exhaust system and purified through the exhaust system and purified the HEPA filters, and it became absolutely contamination-free.
The patient is being operated on anaesthetic gases, and the breath-out air is filled with waste anaesthetic gases. This is in turn inhaled by the surgeons in the conventional air circulation system. In a laminar flow, the pressure in the centre of the sterile zone is so high from the top that waste gases are pushed down and diverted to the slides of exhaust vent reticulation.
PENDANT SYSTEM
Ceiling pendant designed for use in OT or ICU. Its closed powder-coated aluminium alloy beam contributes to improved hygiene and maximizes the working area with a hassle-free and wire-free floor space. Ceiling pendant designed for used NI OT & ICU. High-quality bearings make the arms offer wide reach and all-around access to the patient and equipment, especially around the back of the bed and the patient's heads.
STORAGE UNIT
Easy storage possibility with wall-integrated storage unit. The zinc panels are transformed into a storage cabinet with the same antibacterial paint as in the OT. Covered with clear glass with Magnetic Carcher
PRESSURE RELIEF DAMPER
They are placed so as to maintain the pressure in the OT. Since the AHU is pumping a lot of air every minute and the environment is hermetically sealed. They are used to equalize the positive in the OT by opening just for a microsecond. Placed at a strategic location so that it is not.
X-Ray View Box
Ergonomically designed X-ray view plate for ease and accuracy of viewing the X-rays. Special Blast offers flicker-free illumination with a dimmer for optimum viewing. Available with feather touch ON/OFF button with multistage lighting intensity.
Magnetic Writing Board
Ergonomically designed X-ray view plate for ease and accuracy of viewing the X-rays. Special Blast offers flicker-free illumination with a dimmer for optimum viewing. Available with feather touch ON/OFF button with multistage lighting intensity. An aid for any writing that may be in the OT. A high-finish writing board comes handy at times. It is made of ceramic having magnetic properties and is flushed to the wall of the operating room.
Peripheral Light
Recess Mounted lights with ON/OFF and dinner in built into the ceiling to increase / decrease the light to surgeon’s requirement. Energy efficient lamp either special blasts. They can offer 1500 lux consistent light throughout the OT. The lamps housing is made of MS powder coated with Aluminium extrusion frame for long.
